Hartwick are a new kind of property developer, partnering with landowners to create mutually beneficial developments. But to get off the ground, they'd need a stand-out brand.

We started with a brand strategy workshop, digging in to clients' beliefs and asking them surprising questions allows us to fast-track getting to know them. 

Basing our creative decisions on their core purpose, mission, vision and values means creative work truly reflects them  and it will last longer.

For the visual identity, we created something thoroughly modern with a nod to traditional craftsmanship. Providing guidelines and sharing mockups means the client is able to roll out their brand themselves – creating consistent, stand-out marketing materials.
