Vibrant brand and website for Scalably

Scalably offers super-fast retail integrations so brands can easily sell on marketplaces like eBay, Matalan and TikTok Shop.

Their brands, website and sales comms weren’t consistent or rich enough to communicate their offer in the marketplace. They approached Hooey for a Brand Boost and new website.

But first, brand. We tackled it in a few stages:

1. From a workshop with the team, we started by creating their new brand strategy

2. We did a brand review, digging in to all the materials and visual touchpoints to spot struggles and opportunties

3. Having established there were problems with consistency and the ability to apply the brand, we set about developing a richer brand concept

4. We devised a more versatile and memorable visual identity.  

The new colours and graphics mean the client doesn't need stock illustrations. Their new fonts bring extra zing, and a suite of custom spot illustrations add variety. The visual approach for photography that means everything feels more Scalably.

The team have a modern, vibrant brand and approach they can run with.

To create a new, more future-proof website, we started with a discovery session to map objectives, key pages and functionality. 

Our UX specialist then planned the user experience around their two key audiences, giving Scalably wireframes before we moved into digital design.

We then developed full design and content for the Scalably team to approve. We worked closely with a development partner who built the site in Hugo, to enable the internal team to build out certain areas of the site themselves. 

After site live, they added new channels and case studies – all on-brand and fit to support their future Scalably plans!
