Going interstellar for Spacemasks, the original self-heating masks
Curing endless migraines, soothing people to sleep, and lifting anxiety – Spacemasks were the wonder product in the iconic blue box that quickly gained cult status in stores.
Harriet approached us to drive direct sales by improving her Shopify site. To help address this challenge, we also recommended connecting the brand better between the product packaging, the social feed and the website, to build brand recognition and loyalty.

Our first step was to layer in richness to the visual identity by adding new colours and a script font for a personal touch.
We commissioned vibrant custom illustrations and devised a hero animated story, to communicate the feeling of wearing the mask.
A 'photoshoot in space' gave the brand's photography an extra visual element.
With the brand in place, we planned the user experience of a brand new Shopify e-commerce site, ensuring the product range was really appealing and there was space for the range to grow under her Limited Editions. Custom spot illustrations and her new brand elements brought the design to life.
We reinvigorated the subscription product, rebranding as Spacemasks Addicts, and making the gifting process easier for customers.
As Spacemasks' founder, Harriet, had such a loyal Instagram following it was important to bring her into the brand more visibly. We added her signature to product packaging, and her story to the new e-commerce site and triggered email flows.
The new brand gives Spacemasks a way to truly explain the product benefits in a compelling and beautiful way.
